ABOUT VILLA ALGABA RUTILO

Villa Algaba Rutilo is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains in backdrop as well as the 3rd tee on fairway, just 5 minutes walk to the golf club house.

The Algaba model villa is a larger villa than the Alcor model by around 40% larger (living area), and with a large pool of approx 8 * 4 metres (6ft 5 in one end to 3ft at the shallow end)

The house sleeps up to 6/8 persons and features the following;

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit.
Second double bedroom with twin beds
Further twin bedroom with 2 single beds
Second bathroom and further cloakroom
Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed)
Dining with seating for 6
British satellite-TV and DVD player
Limited Internet (Broadband) access, lap top and purchase of voucher required (unreliable)
Open fireplace.
Covered outside eating area with built in BBQ

The kitchen is fitted out with;

Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher
Utility room includes washing machine, drying rack and iron with ironing board.

Outside facilities:

Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers.
Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

The Villa Algaba Rutila was even better than the website images depict! Lots of space for a family with 3 teenagers - the villa is huge! The vast outdoor space was private and well used, the pool kept us cool and the out door shaded "lounge" was great for the afternoon siesta. The golfers did not have far to walk to play the El Valle course which the villa over looks and also played at 2 other Polaris World courses which they thoroughly enjoyed. We had a car for the fortnight and visited Murcia a couple of times, ( fantastic buildings and lots of shopping opportunities - 20 minutes easy drive!) and the coast (watchout for jelly fish!) 30 minutes drive and went out in search of restaurants at night (15 minutes drive for indian/ chinese and the Tipsy bar with fantastic pub food!) as there is only one on site. The on site supermarket was well stocked and reasonably priced. The weather was mid thirties most days, but no mosquitos which was a relief. Ian and Mandy had the villa ready early for us which was very much appreciated, and Ian was very helpful when we reported the washing machine did not work, and found an alternative within 30 minutes. We are already looking to book for next year - and would have to rate this holiday 10 out of 10!

Just wanted to thank you for all of your help and advice whilst booking our villa holiday with yourself. The villa was absolutely beautiful and did not dissapoint. It was within easy walking distance to the Clubhouse which was great. The pool area was super and the outdoor seating area (which was undercover) was a fabulous retreat from the mid-day sun.

Many thanks for your assistance with the booking of the Algaba Villa Rutillo in El Valle. Those staying there at the weekend had a great time relaxing in the sun. Everything went very well for my husband’s 60th birthday party and he was really surprised to find his 93 year old mother had made the journey to celebrate with us.
