ABOUT APARTMENT FRENCH

This stunning 2 bedroom apartment, with lovely furnishings, pool facing, air-conditioned, is located on the luxury Dolphin Residence 1. The location is second to none, 350m from the beach, and 600 metres from 120 restaurants and shops.

Our apartment has everything you need, from cooking a full roast dinner, to watching the days go by relaxing in our wooden patio furniture, candlelight (if preferred!), sipping a class of wine or two. You can start the day with breakfast on the front terrace with the sun, or the back terrace in the shade. We have even thought about your comfort when you are sleeping, with 100% cotton bed sheets, and full air-con, you certainly will feel very comfortable.

Travel cot, booster seat, plastic cutlery, and bath mat are the essentials we provide free for babies and toddlers (see Children and Babies) Cot linen is not provided. We have included the things that we consider will make your stay a pleasurable one, e.g. feather duvets, stainless steel cutlery..

We do have two very similar apartments available next to each other, same prices and size.

This apartment is strictly non smoking.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay thank you. The apartment is really comfortable- plenty of room, clean and tidy, the residence facilities and the swimming pool are very good, breakfast at the restaurant was superb. Everyone was friendly, we can thoroughly recommend it.

Just a note to say how much we enjoyed staying in your apartment in Turkey. I can't thank you enough for your help and prompt e-mails, you really helped to smooth the organising of our holiday. The apartment was smashing, all we expected and more. The complex was very quiet and relaxing, around the pool in the day and lovely for meals in the evening. I can definitely say that the food and the friendly staff were the best in Altinkum. The apartment is definitely in a prime spot, 10 min. walk from all of the beaches and the promenade/restaurants, absolutely excellent. We can't remember when we enjoyed a holiday so much ! I was also very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the local Turkish people are, absolutely first class. It was our first visit to Al Tinkum/Turkey, definitely the first of many! So thanks again for a lovely holiday experience.

The holiday was brilliant and we will be in touch for next year. The Keys should be with you when you get back plus an extra key we were given for the main access door.

We noticed that the apartment above yours is for sale and would be interested in knowing what sort of return we could expect if we were to ask you to rent it out for us.

We have also contacted Dolphin ref the next development IV but have hod no response to date. We will keep in touch as we may need your advice if we decide to proceed with a purchase. Stewart

Hi Linda (French Apartment - Dolphin 1 - April 2006) I would just like to say thanks for everything, you was very helpful when I first queried about the apartment saying that work was being carried out in the pool, (which didn't make any difference to us). Any questions I Emailed and asked, you Emailed me straight back with the answers (sometimes within minutes) nothing was too much trouble. On arrival we found the apartment spotless, there was milk, juice and water in the fridge (thank you) so we didn't have to go straight to the shop before we could have a drink. (I did of course make sure these were put back and left for the next customers) fresh towels were laid on the beds and in the bathroom. The apartment is brilliant and very comfortable with all the Ikea furniture, having a fridge freezer and oven was brilliant because my vegetarian daughter doesn't like very much Turkish food so it meant I could go to Gima (supermarket) and keep some frozen food in. you have thought of everything. The washing machine, the candles, the wine glasses everything was just so perfect, just like home from home. If we need a place to stay in Altinkum again you will definitely be hearing from me.
