ABOUT FAIRWAY HOUSE

The Fairway House is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline (13^TH Green) Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private heated pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.

The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following;

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit.
Second bedroom with 2 single beds
Third bedroom with 2 single beds
Second bathroom
Lounge area with seating for 8 (including one double sofa bed)
Dining with seating for 6
Flat screen TV and DVD player
British Sky satellite-TV.
Open fireplace.

The kitchen is fitted out with;

Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher
Utility room includes washing / dryer machine, and iron with ironing board.

Outside facilities:

Private heated pool with outdoor shower and 6 sun loungers.
Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 8

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).

The villa comes fully equipped with full air conditioning in all rooms for the summer and central heating for the winter months.

Heating is a £100 fee per week will apply if heating is required.

June 2009 - Murcia - El Valle - Fairway House

A partly of 5 stayed at the fairway house at El Valle golf resort from 31 May - 7 June. The villa was spacious, comfortable and very well furnished with all mod cons available. Weather was great all week, good spot to relaxed by the pool and have a swim. Friendly bar/restaurant in the resort were we dined a few nights. Excellent location of golf enthusiasts and sun worshipers!
