We operate a "no booking, no fee" agreement, and therefore no risk or up front costs to you as the owner. Perhaps you are nervous and need some guidance? Rentals are not just about advertising... contracts, and collection of money are all part of what we offer....

Our portfolio of properties range from 1 bedroom apartments, to 5 bedroom luxury villas.

We capp the number of properties we manage in a specfic resort, and we are up to a maximum capacity for El Valle Villas and Apartments, La Torre Townhouses and Apartments, Roda Golf Apartments. You can join a waiting list, but it is rare that spaces come available. Other types of properties and areas are considered.

Hi Linda.

I just wanted to thank you for the outstanding work that you have put into this year, I have been overwhelmed by the amount of bookings on both Corgat Villa and Corgat Apartments. I had no idea what to expect this year and how to go about renting my properties out, but the response from your web advertising and the strategic placements and use of other holiday rental web sites has been a huge success.

It is one thing to attract clients to my properties but it is another to give clients a very good service which adds to their holiday experience and once again your pre and post rental service is spot on. the information and the co-ordination of clients leaving and arriving and liaising with cleaners and flights etc, etc, even down to providing those small items such as flowers on arrival and to ensure high chairs and cots are available, the clients feel that they are getting a very personal service.

I hope 2008 will be just as successful and that once again I enjoy the high occupancy rate that I enjoyed this year, well done to you and your team and thank you very much for helping and looking after me in our first year with you.

Having hooked up just by chance, I wanted to drop you a quick line to say thanks for the fantastic service you have provided so far.

When my villa was finally ready in June I thought I'd missed the boat on rentals this summer. However, three months on and with virtually 100% occupancy from July 'til January I couldn't have been more wrong!

As well as the great occupancy rate, I am glad to be associated with someone who's service is so personal. Tenants are looked after from first enquiry right the way through and the communication is excellent.

I'd have absolutely no problem recommending you to others - indeed I already have.
