This is an ideal opportunity for two families to holiday together sharing the private pool of the villa. There is a spacious 3 bedroom villa (Villa Nova) and a two bedroom second floor apartment (Apartment Nova) which had use of a communal pool also. Both properties are in situ on El Valle 15 minutes walk between them.

Villa Nova is a stunning Polaris World El Valle Resort 3 bedroom Frontline Golf Villa. A very bright and airy villa with private pool and views onto the mountains as a backdrop.

The house sleeps up to 8 persons and features the following;

Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom containing a jacuzzi bath and double vanity unit. Super king-size bed can be separated to two single beds
Second bedroom with 2 single beds
Third bedroom with 2 single beds
Second bathroom
Lounge area with seating for 6 (including one double sofa bed)

Flat screen TV and DVD player

The kitchen is fitted out with;

Microwave oven, oven, hob, American fridge-freezer (with water dispenser and icemaker), toaster, kettle and dishwasher, coffee dishwasher

Private pool with outdoor shower and 4 sun loungers.
Dining area with built-in BBQ. Seats 6

All linen and towels are provided (not beach or pool towels).
